Brown Workforce Services was founded by Gary Brown, a Texas native who turned personal hardship into a lifelong mission to uplift others. Raised in a low-income community, Gary grew up knowing what it meant to go without — but also what it meant to never give up. His experiences taught him the true value of work, dignity, and opportunity.

With a background in Business Administration and a heart rooted in humanitarianism and philanthropy, Gary built this company to be more than just a staffing agency. He built it to be a bridge — connecting people who need jobs with companies who need good people.
